BEES NEEDED at TORONTO FRUIT FARM
Bees are a critical set of workers in an orchard. They pollinate the fruit blossoms every spring. Without bees, we would not have fruit. At Toronto Fruit Farm, we keep bees for the sole purpose of pollinating our fruit trees and we always need more.
BEE SWARMS
If you have or see a bee swarm that you do not want, and you live within about 30 miles of Toronto Fruit Farm, PLEASE CALL US +19025174089. We may be able to come get the bee swarm and give it a new hive home in our orchard.
BEEKEEPING
Bees are fascinating insects with industrious work habits, creative communication techniques, and a complex social structure. Bees in the U.S. have been decimated by mites and diseases imported from other countries. More beekeepers are needed to keep the population of bees high enough to pollinate the food crops upon which we all depend.
